Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, creating and delivering technical presentations, and offering expertise during customer interactions. They will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, propose solutions, and support the sales process. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction is a critical part of the role. The Senior Sales Engineer will also participate in business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting in closing deals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
  • Min 4+ years of experience
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in generating and managing Sales, with success in achieving sales targets
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions
  • Strong HVAC system knowledge and IT cooling solutions knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Previous experience in the Middle East market and understanding of regional business practices is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
