Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Female Commis Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food preparation, maintain high standards of hygiene, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of menu items
  • Follow the guidance and instructions of senior chefs
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Support the kitchen team in daily operations
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
  • Assist in menu preparation, mise en place, and stock control

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef or similar role is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive work attitude
  • Willingness to learn and improve culinary skills
  • Must be female (as per operational requirement)
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
