Multimedia & Marketing Specialist

Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE

About Us:

Jewellery Bride Arabia is the only dedicated jewellery exhibition at Dubai World Trade Centre. We are looking for a versatile Multimedia & Marketing Specialist who can create high-quality visual content 
and
 actively support our marketing strategy. This role requires a creative, tech-savvy professional who understands content creation, brand design, digital marketing, and website updates — especially within the luxury industry.

Key Responsibilities:Videography & Photography

  • Shoot high-quality video and photo content for exhibitions, brand campaigns, BTS, interviews, and social media.
  • Capture luxury jewellery product shots, exhibitor features, and event activities.
  • Manage setups, lighting, audio, and equipment on-site.

Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, ads, YouTube, and event highlights.
  • Add transitions, motion graphics, colour grading, subtitles, and branding elements.
  • Deliver fast-turnaround edits during event days.

Graphic Design

  • Design marketing materials: social media posts, brochures, digital banners, roll-ups, exhibitor kits, and event signage.
  • Create branded templates and maintain consistency across all visuals.

Website Management

  • Update website content, banners, images, exhibitor lists, and blog pages.
  • Upload videos, galleries, and event news.
  • Ensure visuals are optimized for web speed and quality.

Marketing Responsibilities:Social Media & Content

  • Plan and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in creating digital campaigns and content calendars.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to improve engagement.

Lead Generation & Digital Marketing

  • Assist in running paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads) by preparing creatives and tracking performance.
  • Create landing page visuals and help optimize content to capture leads.
  • Support email marketing campaigns by designing templates and newsletter graphics.

Branding & Campaign Support

  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing launches.
  • Ensure all visuals match the luxury and premium positioning of Jewellery Bride Arabia.
  • Assist in preparing PR materials and media kits.

Event Support

  • Provide on-site content creation, live coverage, and fast edits during exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to produce press materials, videos, and real-time social posts.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in multimedia, creative production, or digital marketing.
  • Strong skills in videography, photography, and Adobe Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).
  • Experience creating content for 
    Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
    .
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals: social media strategy, email marketing, and paid ads.
  • Basic knowledge of website CMS (WordPress or similar).
  • Strong creative eye for luxury aesthetics — very important for jewellery content.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work during event days when needed.
  • Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
