Position Overview

SearchPlus HR is excited to announce an opening for a Junior Consultant in Acute Medicine within the private sector. This is an opportunity for an emerging medical professional to join a progressive healthcare team, where you will gain valuable experience in managing acute medical conditions under the supervision of seasoned consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the assessment and management of patients presenting with acute medical issues.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
  • Conduct routine medical procedures and diagnostic tests as required.
  • Collaborate with senior medical staff in providing comprehensive care to patients.
  • Document patient encounters thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Engage in ongoing education to expand clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to quality improvement efforts within the acute care unit.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) completed; post-graduate training in Acute Medicine.
  • Prior experience in acute care or emergency medicine is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care and pursuing continuous professional development.
