Job Purpose:

The Relocation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of relocation operations. This role ensures efficient execution of daily activities, effective communication with team members and customers, and adherence to company standards and protocols to achieve optimal customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular contact with the coordinator and team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Contact customers to conduct surveys as instructed and create detailed survey reports.
  • Follow up with the coordinator to confirm daily activities and job plans for the next day.
  • Coordinate with the team daily, delegate tasks, and monitor job execution.
  • Clearly explain job requirements to the team to ensure optimal output.
  • Ensure all necessary equipment and materials are arranged in advance for daily job activities.
  • Arrange required transportation in advance and follow up with the transportation team as needed.
  • Monitor daily job activities to ensure they are executed as per the committed plan.
  • Ensure all documents, such as job cards and delivery notes, are correctly handed over to the document clerk on time.
  • Report and escalate operational issues of high importance.

Qualifications

  • Professional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
