We are looking to hire a
Marketing Specialist
who will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives, campaigns, and projects for our client based in the UAE. This position is a
permanent role
within the organization.

The role sits within the
Marketing & Communications Department
and reports directly to the
Senior Marketing Specialist
.

We are looking for a passionate
Marketing Specialist
who is motivated about enhancing brand visibility, driving stakeholder engagement, and supporting business objectives through creative and data-driven marketing activities. You should also have experience in digital marketing, content creation, campaign management, and possess knowledge of analytics tools and market research techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Translate overall marketing strategy into actionable activities across digital, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Contribute to building brand awareness and producing engaging content for social media, websites, email newsletters, brochures, and other promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, target audiences, and competitors.
  • Coordinate and support campaign execution, including digital marketing, events, partnerships, and experiential activities.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), results, and ROI for marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferably B2B experience).
  • Minimum 5–6 years of marketing experience.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage), both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and recommend optimizations.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to produce engaging content.
