The Arbor School seeks a special individual for an exciting opportunity that has arisen within our school. The successful candidate will play a key role in fulfilling the school's ecological and sustainability vision, as well as challenging students to fulfil their potential within the academic disciplines. The Arbor School is seeking a highly motivated Islamic & Arabic B Teacher who can join the department until the end of the academic year, with the potential to extend to a full-time standard two-year contract.

Role
Recognising the interconnected nature of the cognitive, affective and participative domains, and their roles in shaping learning, we are pursuing a holistic approach to teaching and learning, designed to prepare learners:

Job Summary
The role is to teach Primary students key aspects of Arabic and Islamic curriculum and show excellent pedagogical knowledge and skills. You should have strong communication skills in English and be able to work with a range of students from those who need to be stretched and those who are beginners. The successful candidate will be proficient and experienced in teaching Islamic and Arabic B.

Required Candidate Profile

• Native Arabic Speaker.
• Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language and Islamic Studies with a teaching license from MOE
• KHDA Approval to teach Islamic Studies and Arabic B
• A minimum of 2 years' experience teaching Arabic and Islamic, preferably in British schools.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience of inquiry/ecological based learning is a plus
• A track record of outstanding teaching and learning and an ability to create a caring and nurturing classroom environment

Remuneration
