Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a respectful and informative manner, ensuring their needs are identified and met with the appropriate products and services.
  • Conduct clear and persuasive product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to facilitate purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain the overall aesthetic appeal of the store, ensuring it is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
  • Proficiently operate the administration system of communicating with the internal stakeholders regarding the orders received to issue PO's and following up on customer deliveries.
  • Manage inventory, including stocking and reordering products, and conducting regular inventory audits to prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Help in creating engaging and creative social media content to promote our products and store events, enhancing our brand's online presence and attracting new customers.
  • Perform routine duties necessary for the smooth operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Sales Executive or similar role, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
  • A flair for visual merchandising and store presentation. Ability to use technology effectively, including POS systems, inventory management software, and social media platforms.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
