- Prepare, review, and format visa-related documents, applications, reports, and official correspondence in accordance with company and government standards.
- Assist in processing family visas, employment visas, business setup documentation, and license-related paperwork.
- Coordinate with internal PROs, consultants, and external authorities to ensure timely submission and follow-up of applications.
- Maintain accurate records of client documents, application status, and approvals using internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, ensuring all client information is correctly recorded and easily retrievable.
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, or in person to collect required documents and provide basic application status updates
- Ensure strict confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive client information in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Support day-to-day administrative and document typing tasks as required by the business operations.
- Track deadlines, renewals, and follow-ups to avoid delays in visa or license processing.
- Excellent command of English grammar, punctuation, and professional business communication (both written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in word processing and office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling official documents and data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced service environment.
- Willingness to learn visa processes, government procedures, and business consultancy services.
- Basic knowledge of visa services, PRO services, or government documentation is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of client information.
- Training will be provided to suitable candidates.
