The Senior Manager - Technical Product will spearhead the development and management of our cutting-edge AI-driven solutions, overseeing their entire lifecycle from inception to market launch. This pivotal role demands a seasoned product leader with deep technical expertise in AI, machine learning, and data science, coupled with a strategic mindset to align product innovation with business objectives.

• Product Strategy and Roadmap:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for AI and data products aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Define clear product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and business impact.
• Product Development Leadership:
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, collaborating closely with engineering and data science teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Drive technical requirements definition, feasibility assessments, and solution architecture to meet product objectives.
• Market and Customer Insights:
  • Conduct thorough market research and gather customer insights to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in AI, machine learning, and data science to drive continuous product innovation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, data science, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align strategies and ensure successful product launches.

  • Advocate for innovation and adoption of emerging technologies to maintain our leadership position in the market.
• Customer Engagement and Stakeholder Management:
  • Engage directly with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and build strong relationships.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote our AI and data product offerings.

Skills and attributes for success

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in technical product management, with at least 3 years focused on AI and data products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex, AI-driven solutions.
