Senior Manager Internal Communications Leadership Communications

Lead and evolve internal and leadership communications to support Majid Al Futtaim s culture, engagement, and people strategy.
Provide strategic communications counsel to senior stakeholders, ensuring all engagements align with corporate communications objectives, policies, and guidelines.
Partner with People and Organisation and the wider Corporate Communications team to co-develop and deliver high-impact engagement initiatives.
Build strong relationships across business functions to ensure an integrated internal communications approach that supports organizational ambitions.
Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, industry best practices, and emerging communication technologies to enhance employee experience.
Support the VP Corporate Communications as part of rapid response teams to manage reputational challenges, market events, or crisis communications when required.
Ensure consistent positioning, promotion, and protection of Majid Al Futtaim s brand and reputation through internal channels.
Ensure full compliance with brand guidelines, content standards, and company policies across all internal communications.
Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media and Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in internal communications, either in-house or agency-based roles, with strong leadership communications exposure.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Highly articulate communicator with strong presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Advanced skills in writing, editing, proofreading, publishing, and content design, with the ability to present concepts verbally and in writing.
Strong ability to build relationships, influence diverse stakeholders, and motivate cross-functional teams.
