Role Description
We are looking for a high-performing
Cyber Security Analyst
to help us expand our presence in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role involves understanding customer business needs and technical requirements, demonstrating how our solutions can address those needs, and building strong technical relationships to drive successful sales outcomes. The Cyber Security Analyst acts as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between the technical capabilities of our offerings and the business value they deliver to clients. The key roles and responsibilities are mentioned below.
Plan and Execute Phishing Simulation Campaigns
- Design realistic phishing simulations, schedule campaigns, target user groups, and manage campaign cadence.
- Analyze results, identify high-risk user groups, and recommend targeted remediation/training.
Plan and Run Security Awareness Campaigns
- Create and coordinate recurring awareness initiatives (emails, posters, microlearning, webinars) aligned to the threat calendar and business needs.
- Maintain a campaign calendar and ensure cross-channel consistency.
Publish and Maintain Policies in the Portal
- Prepare, upload, and ensure version control of security and acceptable-use policies on the learning/knowledge portal.
- Work with Legal/Compliance to ensure policies reflect regulatory requirements and organizational changes.
Provide Management Dashboards and Insights
- Build and maintain executive and operational dashboards (campaign performance, risk heatmaps, completion rates).
- Present findings and trends to management monthly (or on request).
Reporting and Stakeholder Communication
- Produce regular (weekly/biweekly/monthly) campaign and awareness reports highlighting KPIs, remediation progress, and recommended actions.
- Escalate critical issues (e.g., repeat offenders, high click-rate departments) to management with proposed mitigations.
Operational and Solution Support
- Act as the first point of contact for awareness-related solution issues (portal, LMS, phishing platform).
- Coordinate with teams for arranging support for Content Designing and building
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., computer science, engineering, or information technology).
- 2-3 years of experience in technical consulting role.
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to understand customer business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building strong relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
