The HR Officer / Compliance Administrator is responsible for ensuring accuracy, discipline, and integrity across HR data, systems, payroll processes, and compliance-related documentation. The role supports operational HR execution, reporting, and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on system implementation, documentation control, and audit readiness.

  1. Data Management & Reporting

  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data across all systems.

  3. Support implementation, administration, and ongoing discipline of Zoho HR and payroll and prepare weekly and monthly HR dashboards and reports, including headcount, joins/exits, attendance, payroll inputs, and data protection.
  4. Ensure all HR processes (offers, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, employee records) are correctly reflected in the Zoho system.
  5. Support RERA-related administration, including:

-Tracking RERA exam fees, license costs, renewals, and related expenses

  • Maintaining accurate registers of RERA-licensed agents and statuses

  • Coordinating documentation and timelines with HR, Finance, and Sales

2) Attendance, Payroll and KPIs achievement control

  • Track daily attendance, leaves, absences, and approvals in line with company policy.
  • Track the KPIs achievement and create the regular reports

  • Prepare and validate monthly payroll and tax calculations (attendance-based inputs, deductions, adjustments).

  • AML & Compliance Support

  • Support AML compliance administration, including tracking mandatory trainings, acknowledgements, and documentation.

  • Assist in preparation for internal and external audits by maintaining complete and audit-ready records.
  • Coordinate with Compliance, Sales, and external consultants on AML-related requests.
  • Maintain registers, logs, and compliance trackers as required by regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or compliance support.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems (Zoho HR preferred).
  • Experience with attendance tracking and payroll calculations in the UAE.
  • Familiarity with AML compliance processes is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is preferred.
