About the Job

Join our dynamic team as a Room Service Order Taker and be the voice behind our in-room dining excellence

This role involves answering calls, accurately recording food and beverage orders, providing menu guidance, and coordinating with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

About You

  • Handle guest requests and concerns with care and efficiency.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and hotel services.
  • Preferably a diploma/degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
  • Previous experiences in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Committed and reliable.
