Logistic Fleet Coordinaor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Fleet Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our vehicle fleet and support overall logistics purchasing. The ideal candidate will ensure the fleet operates efficiently, legally, and cost-effectively, acting as a crucial link between operations, finance, and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Purchasing & Expense Management
Execute purchase orders and manage procurement for all logistics-related needs, including spare parts, fuel, and supplies.
- Process and track payments for essential fleet services and operational expenses, including but not limited to:
- Truck Maintenance: Handling vendor invoices and ensuring timely payment for repairs and scheduled servicing.
- Tolls/Road Charges: Managing and reconciling payments for Salik (UAE toll system) and other road tolls.
Fuel Expenses: Overseeing and reconciling payments for fuel purchases (e.g., ADÑOC).
Fleet Administration & Compliance
Manage the end-to-end process for fleet registration and renewal, ensuring all vehicles comply with local regulations and are registered on time.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all fleet vehicles, including inspection reports, service history, and registration documents.
Coordinate vehicle inspections and certifications as required by regulatory bodies.
Operational Access & Documentation
Process and manage applications for Gate Passes for the Port, ensuring all drivers and vehicles have the necessary authorization for access.
Serve as the primary point of contact for port authorities regarding fleet access and documentation.
Insurance & Financial Support
Act as a liaison between the fleet department and the Finance team to provide necessary documentation and support for Warehouse and Fleet Insurance matters.
Assist in the preparation of insurance claims and renewals by gathering required information and reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in a logistics, transportation, or fleet management role.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of vehicle registration, maintenance, and relevant compliance requirements (preferably in the UAE/GCC region).
- Proficiency in using fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
