Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals and property launches.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive leads, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting of campaigns and updates.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build online communities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of social media marketing experience, preferably in real estate or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, analytics tools, and paid campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and deliver results.
  • Experience in lead generation through social media is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED15, AED18,000.00 per month
