Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting buyers, sellers, and investors with property transactions. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting property viewings, providing expert advice on market trends, crafting tailored investment strategies, delivering exceptional customer service, and negotiating contracts. The role requires strong knowledge of the local real estate market and compliance with UAE real estate regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property processes and industry knowledge.
  • Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to effectively manage client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough understanding of Dubai's real estate market and investment opportunities.
  • Proactive mindset with a goal-oriented and client-focused approach.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.
  • Valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
