Job Summary:
The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and programs that foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with company and legal standards. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and administrative HR functions to optimize workforce effectiveness and employee engagement.
· Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain qualified candidates.
- Maintain updated job descriptions and support departmental staffing requirements.
- Employee Relations & Welfare
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to promote effective communication and resolve workplace issues.
- Support implementation of employee engagement and welfare programs.
- Performance Management
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems to drive productivity and professional development.
- Support managers in setting and monitoring KPIs and employee objectives.
- Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Maintain records of training attendance and effectiveness.
- HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation for management review.
- Policy Implementation
- Assist in developing, communicating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure consistent application of disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Support the administration of payroll, benefits, and leave management systems.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR and payroll data.
· Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
