We are looking for an experienced
SAP ABAP Consultant
to join our team and play a key role in implementing, managing, and continuously improving our
SAP S/4HANA ABAP landscape
. This role requires strong expertise in ABAP programming, SAP development tools, system enhancements, and end-to-end SAP implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, manage, and enhance SAP ABAP solutions within the S/4HANA environment.
  • Work with development tools such as Enhancements, Conversion Programs, SAP Script, Smart Forms, LSMW, BDC, BAPI, BSP, Adobe Forms, Workflow, Module Pool, IDOCs, Barcodes, Interfaces, and Webservices.
  • Collaborate with support partners to implement changes, improvements, and daily operational tasks.
  • Evaluate SAP sub-modules and propose enhancements based on business needs.
  • Support technological upgrades and adoption of new tools aligned with business requirements.
  • Work closely with Functional Consultants to analyze ABAP requirements.
  • Monitor system performance, optimize ABAP objects, and improve performance through indexing.
  • Manage WRICEF objects and support new program creation or modifications.
  • Conduct impact analysis for enhancements and prepare clear documentation.
  • Ensure smooth transport management and perform validations post-deployment.
  • Maintain positive, collaborative relationships with internal teams, consultants, and vendors.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong hands-on experience in
    SAP S/4HANA ABAP
    , including WRICEF and transaction creation.
  • Expertise in
    User Exits, BADIs, Enhancements
    .
  • Experience with
    LSMW, BDC, BAPI, Conversion Programs
    .
  • Proficiency in
    SAP Script, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms
    .
  • Knowledge of
    Web Dynpro, BSP Programming, Workflow, Module Pool, Barcode Programming, ALE/IDOC
    .
  • Experience with
    BTP, OData Services, Web UI Concepts, GENIL/BOL Concepts, One Order Framework
    .
  • Integration experience between SAP and third-party applications.
  • Familiarity with
    OSS Notes, SPDD, SPAU, Code Inspector
    and related tools.
  • Exposure to
    SAP NetWeaver, EP technologies, and Java stacks
    is an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • BE in Computer Science / B.Tech / MCA
  • 7–8 years of experience
    in SAP ABAP with
    at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementations
