Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

We are seeking an experienced, young and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government-related documentation, licensing, and external communications. Act as the company's official liaison with government authorities and ensure full compliance with local regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all government-related processes including visas, labor cards, work permits, trade licenses, and company registrations.
  • Liaise with government departments, ministries, embassies, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on official documents and applications in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of company and employee documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local authority
  • Support HR and management with legal and administrative requirements.
  • Represent the company professionally .
  • Stay updated on changes in laws, procedures, and government policies.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a PRO or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of government procedures and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required
  • Fluency in English and Arabic language

Preferred Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license (if required for document processing).
  • minimum experience of 2 years
  • Office-based with frequent visits to government offices.
  • Full-time position.
