Water Sports All-Rounder

Blue Coast Water Sports (based in Ras Al Khaimah / Marjan Island) is hiring a Water Sports All-Rounder who can assist with daily operations, guide guests, and ensure safety in all water activities.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Jet Skis, Banana Boat, Donut Ride, Kayak, SUP, Wakeboard, and Flyboard
- Assist in launching and recovering boats and Jet Skis
- Perform pre-ride safety briefings and ensure guests wear life jackets properly
- Maintain equipment and ensure all watercrafts are safe and clean
- Provide first aid and rescue assistance when required
- Support daily setup and pack-down of the beach area
- Communicate with guests politely and represent the company professionally
Requirements:
- UAE Boat License (mandatory)
- Skills in Flyboard, Banana, Wakeboard, Water Ski
- Basic mechanical knowledge of Jet Skis and boat engines
- First Aid / Lifeguard Certificate (advantage)
- Good swimmer and physically fit
- English speaking (Arabic or Russian is a plus)
- Immediate joining preferred
