provides technical support and expertise to construction teams, ensuring that projects are designed and executed in accordance with specifications, codes, and client requirements. This role involves close collaboration with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and site personnel to solve engineering issues, manage documentation, and maintain quality control.

  • Assist in the planning and design of construction projects.
  • Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Provide on-site engineering advice during construction.
  • Liaise with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
  • Coordinate technical aspects of the project, including scheduling, inspections, and documentation.
  • Support project managers in ensuring timelines, costs, and quality targets are met.
  • Monitor construction processes for compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to ensure quality of materials and workmanship.
  • Recommend modifications or improvements to resolve technical issues.
  • Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Maintain records of project specifications, change orders, and technical issues.
  • Assist with preparation of As-Built drawings and handover documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations on-site.
  • Report hazards or technical risks to relevant personnel.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or working towards it (preferred in some regions).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering principles, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design and modeling software.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12, AED15,000.00 per month
