The Head of Factories will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end operations of all manufacturing facilities under Azizi Developments, including RMC (Ready-Mix Concrete), Aluminum, PODs, Fit-Out, Modular & Duct, Marble, Cut & Bend, and Steel Rolling Mill. This strategic leadership role is designed for a seasoned professional who can integrate operational excellence, cost optimization, process innovation, and workforce performance across diverse factory environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational Leadership


• Formulate and execute the factories' master strategy covering production planning, cost control, and operational efficiency across all units.


• Translate corporate objectives into actionable production targets and capacity plans per factory cluster.


• Standardize operating procedures, governance models, and performance frameworks across all manufacturing units.


• Drive a data-driven management culture through digital dashboards and performance KPIs.


• Implement continuous improvement programs such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM.

Factory Operations Management


• Oversee daily operations across all factory clusters ensuring productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.


• Establish unified production KPIs, output benchmarks, and utilization metrics for all units.


• Ensure optimal resource allocation and procurement coordination.


• Lead plant audits and ensure compliance with production and environmental standards.


• Facilitate coordination between factories and project sites to ensure smooth operations.

Quality, HSE & Compliance


• Ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.


• Oversee QA/QC systems and enforce SOPs for testing and inspection.


• Maintain compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and other local regulations.


• Promote a strong safety-first culture with zero-tolerance for incidents.

People & Leadership Development


• Lead and mentor factory heads, engineers, and technicians across all factories.


• Establish performance-linked KPIs and incentive frameworks.


• Create leadership pipelines through training and competency assessments.


• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

Cost Control & Financial Oversight


• Own the P&L for all factories ensuring profitability and optimal resource utilization.


• Develop and monitor budgets, cost forecasts, and variance analyses.


• Identify cost-saving opportunities through productivity improvements and waste reduction.


• Collaborate with Finance for performance reviews and cost rationalization initiatives.

Technology, Automation & Process Excellence


• Champion digital transformation and automation technologies (IoT, SCADA, ERP, MES).


• Introduce predictive maintenance and smart production monitoring systems.


• Benchmark factory performance against global industry standards.

Cross-Functional & Project Coordination


• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams for project alignment.


• Ensure seamless supply chain integration and inter-factory synergy.


• Represent factory operations in management reviews and planning meetings.
