We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our branches across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for all customers.

Salary Dhs. 3,000 to 3,500 plus Incentives

Roles & Responsibility

  • Serve the customers providing the best customer service standards.
  • Ensure a safe store for all visitors and co-workers.
  • Maintain the merchandising standards of the store.
  • Ensure all pricing is done as detailed in the guidelines.
  • Ensure commerciality by ordering and stocking the shelves to optimum levels.
  • Inform and sell the services offered by the organization.
  • Ensure the completion of the buying process at the cash counter.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and documentation.
  • Perform the closing routine and cash management effectively.
  • Scheduling for home deliveries and follow up with customers.
  • Gain product knowledge by learning the features, advantages, benefits and use of all products.
  • Perform cross selling and upselling to ensure a healthy average transaction value and conversion rate.
  • Keeping a neat and clean work environment at all times.
  • Maintaining an enthusiastic and upbeat personality.
  • Perform special assignments as given by the head of the department.

Knowledge, Skill & Competencies required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
