Job Overview

We are hiring a
Senior BIM Modeller – MEP
for
data center and large-scale MEP projects
in Abu Dhabi. The role is
hands-on and delivery-focused
, involving high-detail BIM modelling, coordination, and shop drawing production across multiple projects.

This position is ideal for experienced MEP BIM professionals with strong Revit skills and exposure to
mission-critical or complex MEP environments
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage
    MEP BIM models (LOD 300–500)
    using Autodesk Revit.
  • Produce
    shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built models
    .
  • Perform
    clash detection and coordination
    using Navisworks Manage.
  • Work closely with architectural, structural, and site teams to resolve clashes.
  • Support
    data center MEP modelling
    , including high-density services and redundant systems.
  • Maintain BIM standards, naming conventions, and model quality as per project BEP.
  • Assist BIM Coordinators/Managers in coordination meetings and technical reviews.
  • Support construction teams with BIM updates and site-related queries.
  • Handle
    multiple MEP projects simultaneously
    under tight timelines.

Project Exposure Preffered

  • Data centers / mission-critical facilities
  • Large-scale commercial and infrastructure MEP projects

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services (preferred).
  • 6–8+ years
    of experience in
    MEP BIM modelling
    .
  • Strong hands-on expertise in
    Autodesk Revit (MEP)
    .
  • Practical experience with
    Navisworks
    for clash detection and coordination.
  • Solid understanding of
    HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems
    .
  • Experience working in the
    UAE or GCC
    is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver under fast-track project environments.
