The Opportunity: Drive Excellence in UAE Healthcare

Are you a highly motivated Medical Representative ready to make a significant impact on healthcare in the UAE? You will be representing a company where quality is not just a standard, but a core philosophy.

What You Will Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

As our Medical Representative, you will be the key link between
TQ Pharma
and healthcare professionals. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Achieving Sales Targets:
  Strategically promoting and selling our range of
  high-quality, cGMP-standard pharmaceuticals
  to healthcare professionals (HCPs), including doctors, specialists, and pharmacists in your assigned territory.
• Building Relationships:
  Establishing and maintaining strong, long-lasting business relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and customers in the UAE, ensuring the delivery of TQ Pharma's commitment to quality.
• Product Education:
  Conducting persuasive presentations and product training sessions to HCPs, clearly communicating the clinical and patient value benefits of our products.
• Market Analysis:
  Monitoring and reporting on market activities, competitor products, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
• Territory Management:
  Planning and organizing daily schedules to maximize efficiency and customer visits.

What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications & Skills)

To be the ideal candidate, you must possess:

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in
  Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related Life Sciences field
  .
• Experience:
  Minimum 3 years
  of proven, target-achieving experience as a Medical Representative or Sales Executive in the
  UAE pharmaceutical market
  .
• Market Knowledge:
  In-depth understanding of the UAE healthcare market, including local regulations and key hospitals/clinics.
• Skills:
  Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and ethical in practice.
• Logistics:
  A
  Valid UAE Driving License
  and a personal car are mandatory.
• Language:
  Fluency in English is essential. Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
