In this role, you will join a team of skilled professionals committed to providing exceptional care for newborns dealing with a variety of medical challenges. Your responsibilities will include working under the mentorship of seasoned neonatologists while collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure positive health outcomes for infants in need of specialized intervention.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and manage newborns in need of intensive care, providing timely and appropriate medical interventions.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and work closely with the healthcare team to formulate effective treatment plans.
- Actively participate in daily rounds and care coordination, advocating for the best interests of your patients.
- Maintain open lines of communication with families regarding their child's health status and care journey.
- Engage in continuous medical education and training to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.
- Contribute to ongoing research and quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine degree with a completed residency in Pediatrics.
- Fellowship in Neonatology is preferred but not a strict requirement for this junior role.
- Prior clinical experience in a neonatal unit or relevant pediatric setting is advantageous.
- Strong desire to learn and provide quality care to a vulnerable patient population.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and families.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and diligence.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice in neonatology.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities in clinical settings.
- Willingness to actively engage in clinical research and quality improvement projects.
Benefits
Working Time is Full Time.
Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
Benefits are Good Monthly Salary + Incentives + Standard family benefits like accommodation, Air ticket, Medical insurance, and Education allowance
