Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Fleet Supervisor to oversee our company vehicle fleet used in factory, logistics, and project operations. The role ensures fleet availability, compliance, safety, and smooth coordination with production and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the company vehicle fleet, including cars, vans, and modified vehicles
  • Schedule and monitor vehicle usage for factory and operational needs
  • Ensure timely maintenance, servicing, registration, and insurance renewal
  • Coordinate vehicle inspections and roadworthiness checks
  • Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and fleet expenses
  • Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with drivers, factory staff, and management regarding vehicle availability
  • Report vehicle issues, incidents, or damages and arrange corrective actions
  • Support logistics planning related to vehicle movement and deliveries

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in fleet supervision or vehicle operations
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety standards
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
  • Proficient in MS Office or fleet management systems
  • Valid driving license (as applicable)
