Support and coordinate the day-to-day operations of property management and all DIEZ shared services. Participate and contribute to formulating strategies, policies, procedures, and processes to support property management & supply chain functions focusing on providing overall departmental wide quality services to all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and execution of departmental and customer policies, procedures, processes and guidelines to administer property management & supply chain functions and operations

• Support the implementation of all DCC SMART city initiatives and ensure all operations processes are automated and digitalized (paperless) in line to with business plan objectives

• Support in the planning, budgeting and operations of various aspects of security, HSE and shared services activities.

• Support a variety of Property Management & Supply Chain services such as listed below and ensure associated business plan initiatives, revenue targets, OPIs and KPIs are achieved without fail.

• Parking (Tenant, valet and visitors paid parking)

• Mobility and Transportation

• Car Wash Services

• Forklift services

• Automated Teller Machines

• Goods Gate Passes

• Service Provider Gate Passes

• Visitor Gate Passes and other value-add-services

• Support the control of access/egress to Commercity by enforcing access policies (ID, gate passes, permits etc.) for all employees, visitors, contractors, tenants and goods moving IN and OUT of CommerCity.

• Support the smooth flow of traffic and overall vehicle movement.

• Support in the implementation of an effective emergency preparedness and response framework including the execution of fire drills, training and other preparedness capabilities are maintained

• Investigate and research department functions and requirements and suggest cost effective solutions to enhance property management & supply chain operational efficiency.

• Suggest modifications and propose refinements to property management, compliance & security business processes and systems ensuring high quality services and customer orientation.

• Suggest and introduce continual improvement and developmental plans to assure quality in the property management services and department operations.

• Manage, motivate and train all service provider personnel staff ensuring that performance standards are achieved, and contractual obligations fulfilled.

• Ensure effective coordination with clients and with other departments within the organization to facilitate the process of smooth operation of activities.

• Maintain a high level of internal and external satisfaction regarding property management operations and shared services provided.

• Support in the management reporting by providing all round information on the performance of all services listed above; the occurrence of incidents, accidents, emergencies, risks opportunities and any other issues involving compliance, health safety, security, and operational activities.

Experience & knowledge:

• 1-3 years of experience in property and community operational management

• Exposure to freezones and/or exposure to freezone operations and business model

• Exposure to aspects of vendor and supplier management would be a plus

• Proficient in creating project plans and tracking progress

• Excellent reporting and presentation skills – hands on with weekly status reports Soft Skills:
