Role Description

  • Manage and control the HSE documentation system in line with project requirements.
  • Organize, update, and maintain HSE records, registers, and files (soft and hard copies).
  • Assist in preparation for internal and external HSE audits, ensuring availability of all evidence and records.
  • Support the project team in maintaining compliance with standards and project-specific procedures.
  • Track safety observations, incident reports, and audit findings, ensuring timely closure.
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, and subcontractor teams to compile HSE-related documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of HSE experience, preferably in construction, or infrastructure projects.
  • HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001 are highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of HSE regulations, risk management, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with advanced document formatting skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
