Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Project Director. The Project Director will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of luxury residential interior projects. Responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, and project teams to ensure every phase aligns with client expectations and design vision. Collaboration with internal departments and stakeholders for resource allocation, progress tracking, and quality assurance is a key aspect of this role. The Project Director will ensure client satisfaction by maintaining open communication and ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

  • Project Management skills, including timeline management, resource allocation, and budgeting
  • Experience in luxury residential interiors, design execution, and FF&E implementation
  • Leadership and team management capabilities, fostering collaboration across project teams
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance, ensuring uncompromised quality at all stages
  • Proficiency in communication and client relationship management
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards of craftsmanship
  • Familiarity with design and project management tools and software
  • Experience in a luxury, high-end design environment is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field
