About the Role:

Utopia is hiring an Arabic-speaking Design & Sales Consultant with strong experience in bathroom products(sanitaryware, tapware, accessories) and kitchen design, including modular and custom kitchen solutions.

This role blends design expertise with retail sales performance, requiring the ability to advise clients technically and aesthetically while managing a target-driven showroom sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:


• Convert showroom walk-ins, WhatsApp enquiries, and inbound leads into confirmed retail sales across bathrooms and modular/custom kitchens.


• Achieve monthly revenue targets and track KPIs including conversion rate, quotation closure, and average order value.


• Prepare bathroom and kitchen layouts, detailed design concepts, and product selections using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools.


• Present full design-led product solutions, explaining specifications, material options, installation requirements, and functional differences.


• Prepare accurate quotations, conduct structured follow-ups, and manage CRM entries.


• Advise on cabinetry layouts, carcass configurations, appliance positioning, ergonomic considerations, and finish selections for custom kitchens.


• Maintain showroom standards including product displays, samples, design libraries, and digital catalogues.


• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate orders, timely deliveries, and proper installation support.


• Support retail activations, design presentations, partner appointments, and showroom events.

Requirements:


• Arabic-speaking (mandatory).


• Minimum 5+ years of UAE/GCC experience in bathroom retail sales, kitchen design/modular kitchens, or interior fit-out retail.


• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent architectural/interior design software.


• Strong sales performance history with proven ability to close high-value retail orders.


• Deep understanding of bathroom product categories, plumbing fittings, sanitaryware configuration, and finish/material selection.


• Skilled in modular and custom kitchen design (cabinetry systems, layouts, storage planning, finishes, appliances).


• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate technical and design solutions clearly.


• Strong organisational discipline with a structured approach to pipeline management and follow-up.
