What You ll Do

  • Lead AI and data science project roadmaps, ensuring delivery within timelines and alignment with corporate goals.
  • Manage the secure and stable operation of AI platforms, ensuring compliance with RTA s information security policies.
  • Oversee licensing, access management, and integration of AI applications with infrastructure systems.
  • Use machine learning and data science to extract insights from big data, supporting decision-making.
  • Evaluate and implement AI/big data use cases, ensuring scalability, performance, and impact.
  • Prepare periodic progress, risk, and operational performance reports with recommendations.
  • Supervise UAT and operational testing to meet security and quality requirements.
  • Manage service provider contracts and coordinate with external technical partners.
  • Monitor system performance, SLAs, and operational continuity of smart platforms.
  • Train and empower internal teams in AI tools, dashboards, and applications.
  • Analyze user feedback and incorporate improvements into AI operations.
  • Recommend partnerships and collaborations with AI vendors and solution providers.
  • Ensure strict adherence to digital safety, incident reporting, and governance practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ideal Profile

  • Master s or Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • At least 11 years of relevant experience in AI operations, data platforms, or technical project management.
  • Proven expertise in machine learning, big data analytics, and enterprise AI deployment.
  • Strong understanding of AI governance, security compliance, and operational frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team empowerment skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
