Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Executive based in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Account Executive will manage client relationships, foster business growth, and oversee sales strategies. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and maintaining client satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, and account management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with ability to present tailored solutions effectively
- Analytical thinking, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of the HR solutions, staffing, or recruitment industry is advantageous
- A proactive, goal-oriented approach and an ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi
