Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sharjah for an Insurance Specialist – Medical. The role involves managing medical insurance-related tasks, assisting clients in selecting suitable insurance products, preparing insurance documentation, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The Insurance Specialist will also process claims, maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical insurance policies, and provide exceptional support to clients by answering inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage.
  • Understanding of Finance and the ability to handle medical insurance-related financial documentation.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and resolve issues proactively.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and partner organizations.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Sharjah.
  • Previous experience in the insurance sector and a related qualification or certification would be an advantage.
