We are seeking a passionate and highly organized Wedding Planner & Event Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic-speaking professional with strong experience in wedding and event planning within the UAE, capable of managing clients from inquiry to event day while achieving sales targets and ensuring flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Wedding Planning & Coordination:

  • Meet clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for weddings and private events.
  • Create detailed event concepts, timelines, and floor plans tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors, decorators, florists, caterers, entertainers, and venues.
  • Supervise setup, event flow, and breakdown to ensure premium quality and smooth execution.
  • Manage last-minute changes, challenges, and client expectations with professionalism.

Sales & Client Relations:

  • Generate and convert leads through proactive sales, follow-ups, and relationship building.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company policies.
  • Negotiate and close event deals while ensuring profitability targets are met.
  • Maintain a CRM of all potential and existing clients, ensuring timely communication.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and bridal fairs to promote the company's services.

Operations & Administration:

  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and creative teams to align event details.
  • Track budgets, invoices, and payments for assigned events.
  • Ensure all documentation and permits are in place per UAE regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in wedding planning, event management, or event sales within the UAE.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Valid UAE driving license – must have own car is a plus.
  • Strong network of UAE vendors and venues preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and able to handle multiple projects under pressure.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and evenings as required for events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience with luxury weddings or high-profile events in the UAE.
  • Knowledge of local culture, wedding traditions, and market trends.
