What you'll do

  • Run the full accounting cycle: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, accruals, prepayments.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Lead
    UAE VAT
    registration (as needed), filing, reconciliation, and compliance.
  • Support
    procurement
    : POs, vendor onboarding, supplier reconciliations, payment runs.
  • Manage
    cash flow
    , forecasting, and budget vs. actuals; flag risks and variances.
  • Process
    payroll
    , reimbursements, and expense claims with strict documentation.
  • Maintain all records in
    Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting
    ; drive process improvements.
  • Support audits, strengthen internal controls, and ensure data integrity.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance;
    CPA/ACCA/CMA
    is a plus.
  • 5+ years
    accounting experience in the
    UAE
    (events/media/services preferred).
  • Hands-on
    Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting
    expertise (required).
  • Solid command of
    UAE VAT
    regulations and filing procedures.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; high attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • UAE driving license
    is an advantage.
