Key Responsibilities Content Creation

  • Create and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Shoot, edit, and publish short videos, reels, and promotional content.
  • Write captions, articles, and updates related to engineering services, projects, and company activities.
  • Develop marketing materials: brochures, presentations, and digital ads.
  • Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate with the design/engineering team for updates.
  • Track performance of posts and optimize content accordingly.

Sales & Client Handling

  • Generate leads through social media, cold calls, messages, and networking.
  • Respond to client inquiries and convert them into meetings or contracts.
  • Present company services clearly and professionally.
  • Maintain client relationships, follow up regularly, and close deals.
  • Prepare basic quotations and coordinate with internal teams when required.
  • Attend site visits or client meetings when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
  • Knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, or mobile editing apps).
  • Social media savvy with an understanding of trending formats.
  • Confident in speaking to clients and presenting services.
  • Ability to multitask between creative and commercial tasks.
  • Basic understanding of engineering/consultancy services is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Must be currently based in the UAE.
