Job Description:

Ozone Home is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant with UAE experience to join our team. Your role as a Junior Accountant is not just a job but a crucial part of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices and at least 1 years of experience as a junior accountant and in bookkeeping. You will manage financial records, prepare financial reports, and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. Your collaboration with other departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies is highly valued. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

·       Manage financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness.

·       Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements.

·       Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.

·       Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.

·       Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

·       Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation.

·       Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.

·       Stay up to date on accounting standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

·       At least one years of experience as a junior accountant and in bookkeeping

·       Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Attention to detail and accuracy.

·       Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements

Skills:

·       Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho books)

·       Knowledge of financial principles and accounting standards

·       Ability to prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement)

·       Experience in reconciling accounts and maintaining financial records.

·       Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.

·       Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and other departments.

·       Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

·       Integrity and ethical behavior in handling sensitive financial information
