Role Overview:

The Operations Manager is a strategic leader who provides oversight for all payroll outsourcing operations and HR services. He is responsible for overseeing and scaling up the business, utilizing HR Tech to optimize client satisfaction. Key priorities include customer service excellence, innovation, building credibility, and meeting performance deadlines while aligning with company values. This position is suitable for candidates with
Global/International payroll background.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
     Develop and manage the operational budget to ensure profitability.
  • Operational Oversight:
     Lead payroll, compliance, and client success teams, setting departmental direction and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Client Engagement:
     Manage high-level client relationships, act as an executive escalation point, and collaborate with sales and marketing for seamless onboarding.
  • Compliance & Risk:
     Oversee compliance with GCC labor laws and manage internal controls, audits, and risk mitigation.
  • Innovation:
     Champion the adoption of new technologies (HRIS, AI, automation) to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • People & Culture:
     Build a high-performance culture, and oversee professional development and succession planning for the operations team.

The Person we need:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a minimum of 3-5 years of operational leadership experience.

  • Relevant Experience:
     Proven experience in HR and Payroll Outsourcing services is a huge advantage.
  • GCC Expertise:
     Direct exposure to the GCC / MENA market is a significant advantage
