Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Lead Generation Specialist
with a solid background in the real estate industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about identifying new business opportunities. You will play a key role in generating qualified leads, conducting market research, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through online research, campaigns, and networking
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to support business growth
  • Manage and maintain a structured database of potential clients
  • Communicate with leads via phone, email, and social platforms to build interest and qualify prospects
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-ups
  • Track performance and provide regular reports on lead generation efforts
  • Stay updated on real estate trends and market conditions to target the right audience

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation within the real estate industry (required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid background in sales, research, and client outreach
  • Ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
