Procurement Officer – Automobile

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Procurement Officer for our automotive division. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of procurement experience in the automobile industry, preferably within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for auto spare parts and materials.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage procurement activities to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and vendor information.
  • Coordinate with the store, technical, and finance teams for inventory requirements.
  • Conduct periodic supplier evaluations and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Assist in inventory forecasting and ensure minimum/maximum stock levels are met.
  • Ensure procurement processes adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in the automobile industry in UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts, suppliers, and brands.
  • UAE experience mandatory.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, inventory/procurement software).
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
