 Product Designer
 to join their product department and leverage team's success. With over 30 years of industry presence, this firm has built a solid reputation for transparency, innovation, and client success, offering a broad range of CFD products including forex, commodities, indices, and more.

Responsibilities:

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of design thinking, user empathy, and business impact.

In this role, you'll help shape seamless and scalable user experiences across a suite of digital products — including web platforms, mobile apps, client portals, and internal CRM tools. From early-stage wireframes to polished UI designs, you'll be instrumental in delivering intuitive, high-impact solutions that align with both user needs and strategic goals.

1. Product Design

2. Support ongoing design request by extending & refining the key concepts and directions already determined.

3. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and business stakeholders to identify user needs and craft effective design solutions based on data.

4. Produce user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile platforms.

5. UI/UX Excellence

6. Excellent in pixel-perfect design and deliver a consistent user experience across all digital channels.

7. Maintain and evolve UI libraries, contributing to a scalable and coherent design system.
8. Conduct usability testing efforts and improve & optimize design outcomes by reviewing feedback.

3. Strategic Collaboration

• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Data, Operations, and Tech teams to ensure product experiences align with user expectations and business objectives.
• Contribute to feature prioritisation by advocating for the user while understanding technical feasibility and business value.
• 4. Design Governance & Brand Consistency
  Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, accessibility best practices, and regional regulatory standards.
• Help define and enforce design principles to maintain visual and experiential consistency across all digital products.

Requirements:

Must have:

• 4+ years of experience in digital product design, ideally across both web and mobile platforms.
• Excellent hands-on experience in design tools such as 
  Figma (components, variants, auto-layout and prototyping).
• Strong grasp of responsive and adaptive design principles, with a portfolio that demonstrates UI versatility across devices.
• Excellent visual design skills, including a solid command of typography, layout, color, and hierarchy.
• Experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing, with the ability to translate findings into actionable design improvements.
• Ability to comprehensively understand about the user journeys, including error cases & edge cases.
• Comfortable managing multiple design projects independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Prior experience in fintech, trading, or complex data-heavy platforms such as 
  dashboard and SaaS
  .

• Proactive mindset - think out of the box and comprehensively to show the thoughtfulness & passion in what you do.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Vue) and experience collaborating closely with development teams.
• Be able to create micro-interactions in Figma or other tools like LottieFiles.
• Be able to maximize the productivity by using AI tools.
