The Store In-Charge / Supervisor will be responsible for the overall management and efficient operations of the store, ensuring optimal stock availability, proper storage and handling of products, accurate inventory control, and smooth coordination with internal teams and external aggregators. The role is key to supporting last-mile delivery operations by ensuring that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities1. Stock & Inventory Management

· Ensure sufficient stock availability at all times to support daily delivery operations.

· Monitor stock levels and proactively coordinate replenishment with the Main Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator.

· Oversee stock receiving, offloading, and proper storage in line with company standards.

· Implement and strictly follow FIFO (First In, First Out) for all product movements.

· Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records to avoid discrepancies.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, both manually and in the system.

  1. Store Operations

· Supervise daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth loading and offloading activities.

· Ensure organized stacking, clear labeling, and easy accessibility of stocks for fast movement.

· Allocate and issue stocks accurately to aggregators and company vans based on delivery plans and order schedules.

· Prepare and verify delivery notes, loading sheets, and other required documentation.

· Monitor loading processes to ensure accuracy and minimize damages or shortages.

  1. Coordination & Communication

· Liaise daily with the Main Warehouse, Logistics Coordinators to ensure timely stock transfers and dispatches.

· Coordinate with delivery teams to align loading schedules and avoid bottlenecks.

· Communicate any stock issues, delays, damages, or discrepancies immediately to relevant stakeholders.

  1. Compliance, Safety & Housekeeping

· Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and adheres to hygiene and safety standards suitable for food & beverage storage.

· Implement and monitor safety protocols for handling, stacking, and movement of goods.

· Report and document any incidents, damages, or product losses as per company procedures.

· Support periodic audits and comply with internal and external audit requirements.

  1. People Management

· Supervise and guide the Store Assistant to ensure tasks are executed efficiently.

· Assign daily responsibilities and monitor performance.

· Foster a disciplined and safety-conscious work culture in the store.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in store/warehouse supervision within FMCG, beverages, or distribution operations.

· Knowledge of inventory management, stock control processes, and warehouse handling procedures.

· Familiarity with FIFO, hygiene standards, and basic HSE practices.

· Strong coordination and communication skills.

· Basic computer literacy (Excel, inventory systems, scanning devices).

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

· Physically fit to handle operational activities as needed.
