Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Cashier specializing in customer-facing experiences. The Cashier will handle daily financial transactions with efficiency and accuracy while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing transactions, processing payments, issuing invoices and receipts, assisting customers with inquiries, and maintaining records of financial operations. Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to interact professionally with customers are key to success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in handling cash transactions, issuing receipts, and managing payment systems.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to create a positive customer experience.
  • Organizational skills to accurately maintain transaction records and reconcile cash balances.
  • Problem-solving abilities for effectively addressing customer concerns and requests.
  • Valid driving license and the ability to adhere to the on-site work requirements in Dubai.
  • Basic knowledge of financial procedures and familiarity with relevant software is an advantage.
  • Previous experience as a cashier or a similar role in the retail or service industry is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
