HIRING: AGRICULTURE / LANDSCAPING ENGINEER
Gulf Group Holding, a trusted name in Ras Al Khaimah for over five decades, is a diversified business group with operations spanning IT support services, construction, MEP, hypermarket retail, ready mix concrete, healthcare, explosives, bakery, printing press, and real estate.
We are looking to hire:
Group Company: Facilities & Landscaping Division – Gulf Group Holding
Position: Agriculture / Landscaping Engineer
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or Landscape Engineering (or equivalent)
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience in landscaping projects and site supervision
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of soft landscaping: plant selection, turfing, soil, fertilizers, and pest/disease management
- Experience with irrigation systems (drip/sprinkler), pumps, valves, and controllers
- Ability to read drawings, prepare BOQs, and support estimation/tenders
- Hands-on experience managing site teams and daily operations
- Familiarity with HSE practices and municipality/authority standards
- Vendor coordination, materials planning, and cost control
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD/SketchUp is an advantage
- UAE Driving License preferred
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing daily landscaping works (planting, turfing, pruning, irrigation)
- Ensure timely delivery of scope with quality and safety compliance
- Coordinate with engineers/technicians to fulfill client requirements
- Monitor irrigation performance, soil moisture, and plant health; resolve site issues
- Support inventory management and procurement planning
- Submit site progress and performance reports to management
- Maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business
