Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Heavy Vehicle & Bus Driver at Arabian Masters of Waste (AMW). The driver will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy vehicles and buses, including transporting goods and passengers. Day-to-day responsibilities include adhering to safe driving practices, ensuring vehicles are properly maintained and clean, performing routine inspections, and maintaining transport schedules. The role requires compliance with company policies and local traffic regulations, while delivering outstanding customer service to clients and passengers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Truck Driving and Bus operation, ensuring safety and reliability.
• Expertise in Defensive Driving and a thorough understanding of traffic and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with Driver Training techniques and adherence to professional driving standards.
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure positive interactions with passengers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Valid heavy vehicle and bus driving licenses as required by UAE regulations.
• Good knowledge of routes and traffic conditions in Dubai and surrounding regions.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and identify potential issues before escalation.
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and providing high-quality, professional service.
• Previous experience in waste management or transportation industries is a plus.
