Store & Warehouse Supervisor – Now Hiring

Location: Abu Dhabi Industry: F&B / Hospitality Employment Type: Full-time

We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Store & Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team. If you're organized, proactive, and experienced in inventory and warehouse operations, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain clean, organized, and well‑kept store and warehouse areas daily.
  • Receive, store, and stack goods across dry, chiller, freezer, chemical, and packaging sections.
  • Track slow‑moving and short‑expiry items and report to Procurement for timely action.
  • Handle daily inventory postings and assist with reconciliation.
  • Conduct weekly random checks and support monthly inventory counts.
  • Verify and submit daily order sheets to Procurement before 1:00 PM.
  • Ensure accurate stock dispatch as per invoices and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain all daily logs and food safety documentation (temperature logs, grooming, deep cleaning, receiving checklists, etc.).
  • Verify DN/Invoices and maintain organized scanned records.
  • Report maintenance issues immediately to the supervisor.
  • Support knowledge management by maintaining accurate documentation and sharing best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or inventory control (F&B/hospitality preferred).
  • High School Diploma required; Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, food safety, and chiller/freezer handling.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory/ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
