Job Description:

Responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of all electrical systems related to rides and amusement attractions to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly electrical inspections and maintenance of all rides.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, control panels, sensors, and wiring issues.
  • Inspect and test motors, contactors, relays, and PLC systems for proper operation.
  • Ensure all electrical equipment complies with safety and site standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of electrical maintenance, inspections, and test results.
  • Support mechanical and operations teams during ride setup.
  • Replace or repair defective components such as fuses, switches, and cables.
  • Perform regular checks on grounding, insulation resistance, and circuit continuity.
  • Follow lock-out/tag-out procedures and ensure safe work practices at all times.
  • Coordinate with third-party inspectors for annual ride certification and testing.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ride or amusement park electrical maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control circuits, and PLC troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with safety procedures and preventive maintenance standards.

  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
  • Physically fit and able to work at heights or in confined spaces.
