Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Home Cook for a private Arabic household. The ideal candidate must be skilled in Arabic cuisine and have strong multi-cuisine cooking experience, with the ability to prepare healthy, hygienic, and well-presented meals according to family preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily meals for the household, specializing in Arabic cuisine and a variety of international dishes (multi-cuisine).
  • Plan menus based on dietary requirements, preferences, and seasonal ingredients.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times.
  • Manage grocery requirements and assist with kitchen inventory.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Prepare meals for guests and special occasions when required.
  • Minimize food wastage and ensure cost-effective cooking practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a home cook or private household cook.
  • Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine (mandatory).
  • Multi-cuisine cooking experience is a must (e.g., Continental, Indian, Asian, or other international cuisines).
  • Knowledge of healthy cooking methods and dietary needs.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to family preferences.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in private households.
  • Basic communication skills in English or Arabic.
  • Flexible and trustworthy with a positive attitude.
